At Bailie’s, we look for great people who love kids to work with us.

Many of them are former students or team members of Bailie's Gymnastics. They loved their experience so much, they wanted to be a part of it for the next generation! We hire people who are able to communicate well with children, work well within our teaching philosophy, and who can be great role models.
